Date night

Last night Jimmy and I went on a much needed date. I didn't know that someone had actually asked to watch the girls but ended up being sick :-( So the girls stayed with Nana and Papa. We went over to Chili's in Pensacola because I have been wanting the Monterey Chicken really bad!!! It was soooo yummy and I ordered the molten lava cake for dessert and then forgot to leave room for it! I ended up taking it home in a box to eat today :-) Mmmmm...

Topped with BBQ sauce, tomato, cheese and applewood smoked bacon. Served with mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy and steamed broccoli

About halfway through our meal, we realized it was POURING outside!! UG! I hate it when that happens.... Jimmy ran out to get the car and forgot where it was parked! People in the foyer were laughing at him and me as I was yelling, "no, where are you going? The car is over there!" pointing in the right direction as if he could see or hear me.... poor guy. He had a huge grin on his face as he turned around in the pouring rain and remembered where it was. By the time he got to the car, he was drenched! He pulled the car up for me and I ran through the rain and jumped in. We were not seconds down the road, when it stopped raining almost completely.... GRRRR! Oh well, it was fun to laugh with each other and have a good time by ourselves :-)

It was a great date!!
