Yet another recipe with no pictures. I made this 2 weeks ago and had pictures of everything, however, without realizing I didn't have them on the computer yet, I deleted them off of my camera... :-( That really stinks! Anyways, this is a recipe that a lady in my church, Mrs. Pamela Smothers, got me started on when I was younger. It is super yummy and easy, and in the summers when I would stay with them, I was so excited when this was for dinner. So, hope you will try it!!
What you will need!
1 lb cubed chicken
1 can (the small one) cream of chicken soup
1 can (the small one) cream of celery soup
1 8oz container sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
cooked rice
What you will do!
Brown your chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Add your cream of chicken, cream of celery, sour cream and salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 20 min. (This is really good in a crockpot too, on low for several hours... Mmmmmm...) Serve with rice!
