Here is some more of what I started in my last post...

A DAY AT THE BEACH

We had our first beach day of the summer about a month ago with Becky and her kids and Rachel. We had a BLAST!!!!!! My back got extremely burned though and I will never forget to reapply sunscreen again, lol.

SEWING WITH A FRIEND

Since I have my machine permanently set up, I have been doing a TON more sewing. Becky and I both pinned an apron pattern on Pinterest and she bought the pattern. While we were out at JoAnns one day, we went ahead and bought the material and decided she would come over to my house one day and we would make them. About 2 weeks later, her husband was working night shift and Jimmy was working second shift so we figured it was the perfect time. She came over around 7:30 and we sewed and sewed and sewed.. Next thing we know, it was 4:30 in the morning!! lol. She came over a couple dayd later in the afternoon and we finished them up. They are SO cute!!!

during the afternoon, all the kids hung out on the couch and watched Cars 2

CARPET CLEANING

I know we are getting new carpet, but this stuff really needed a good cleaning...

I was glad for the empty remodeled part..

I had room to move all of the furniture in there!

JULY 4TH

Our friends Jason and Becky Sanders invited us over to their house for a cookout on July 4th. I was super excited to spend the day with them. The rest of their family ended up coming out and we had tons of REALLY good food and fun.

Then we went out to the boardwalk fireworks! It didn't rain until they started, then it POURED!!! We were all drenched to the bone, but we laughed and had such a good time!

After the fireworks, we had Jason, Becky and their kids over to our house and shared more laughter from the day and had the rest of our bbq ribs and corn.

What an amazing day we had!!
