Easy Man-Pleasing Meatloaf

If you are like me, then you have tried plenty of recipes for meatloaf with no success of finding "the one," lol. Usually, we eat it and I don't quite like it. Last week I made this recipe and it was so good! Jimmy took a bite and said, "what is in here?!" Well, I'll most likely be cooking this one for the rest of my life! It is from Monique who has a website called, Diva's can cook. I have tried many of her recipes and have loved every single one of them! So you wanna know how to make it?

Here is what you need!

2 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup onion, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1-2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp marjoram or oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
3-4 tbsp fresh parsley (I only had dried)
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce (I didn't have any, so I just used ketchup)
1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup whole milk
3 slices wheat bread, toasted, crumbled (I just used bread crumbs, a little less than a cup)

Glaze
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce (like with the meatloaf, I had none)
1 cup bbq sauce

Here is what you do!
(usually, I take pictures of all my steps just for fun, but I totally forgot!)

-Preheat oven to 350
-Melt butter in large skillet, add onions and cook until almost tender
-Add garlic and cook for 1 min
-Pour onions, garlic and butter into large bowl, let cool
-Add remaining ingredients to a bowl (except for glaze) and mix together well
-Place mixture into loaf pan
-Mix glaze ingredients together and spread half of it on meatloaf
-Bake for 30 minutes
-Remove from oven and spread the rest of the glaze on
-Bake for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is ready
-Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing
