We have been wanting to move the kids' playgrounds to the back yard for a while. It just worries me that there is no fence in the front yard and if I had to sit out there with them the ENTIRE time, I would never get anything done around the house. Plus, with how DCF is now a days, I don't want to give them any reason for thinking I am "negligent" in case a crazy neighbor ever called when they saw the children alone. It's crazy, when I was their age, we ALWAYS played outside in the street and all that by ourselves.
Jimmy mowed the back yard to get it ready..

I wish I could have got a picture of how we moved it.. We hooked that HUGE one up to our truck with the tow rope and dragged it around the house to the right spot, it was hilarious! I am SOO thankful for this truck, it has come in handy I can't tell you how many times!!! The other things we moved by hand..

She was so very happy :-)
A few weeks ago, we dug up and transplanted these form our neighbors yard. So far, they are doing great!!
the other tree..
Then Jimmy mowed the front yard and cleaned off all the sidewalks and driveway..
We haven't had this clean of a driveway in ages!! Whenever it rains, the dirt is always washed onto it and makes it so yucky :-(
I then helped him, by driving, snatch a few oaks out of the bushes with the truck.
Once all that was done, the girls' played in the back yard, Brennan was still sleeping and Jimmy raked the entire back yard. We had a little fire to burn the trees we had torn down that day and a few days earlier.
While that was burning, Jimmy had a picnic with his girlie's ♥ and I watched the fire from my trusty camp chair
By the time we were done, it was 7:00 and we were all dirty and hungry. In a record time of 30 minutes, we all had baths and showers, were dressed and out the door! We took the truck through Ronny's car wash (my childlike addiction, lol) and then went to Firehouse for a late dinner. We saw my dad on the way and invited him to go with us ♥
♥ my daddy!!
