Refill a Swiffer bottle

I found a pin on Pinterest the other day and I was so excited to try it! It was how to refill a Swiffer bottle. Today as I was mopping my floor, what should happen but my bottle ran out! So, it was time to try it out!

This was the one I used :-) It smells so yummy!

Bring some water to a boil and place the cap in it for about 1 1/2 minutes...

Give it a good twist, and it comes right off!! The boiling water softens the "teeth" thus letting you unscrew it! 

Take a pair of fingernail clippers...

and clip off all the "teeth"

Refill with whatever cleaner you like to use on your floors..

This is what I used before I bought my WetJet, so I figured it was good :-)

 

Screw the lid back on...

Place it back in and you're good to go!! It worked great and cleaned my floor just as well :-D

You should most definitely try this if you have a Swiffer Wet Jet!!!!!!
