I know this isn't in my normal font, but it is a long paragraph and I wanted you to be able to read it....
When things happens and they are aggravating and you complain, try to remember things happen for a reason.... For real. Last night I went out for some alone time and went to Walmart to buy some stamps for my Christmas cards. I had to wait for 15 minutes so some could be brought to the front. Yes, I was aggravated and mumbling under my breath, it was late, I was tired. As I drove through my neighborhood, there were several cop cars, a few other cars and a bunch of people in one of the intersections, I thought there had been a wreak. This morning I read in the paper that there was a shooting and an innocent guy with his 2 granddaughters in the backseat had his driver side window shot out by a stray bullet. Thankfully, he was not killed. As Jimmy and I were just sitting here talking about it, I realized something. If I wouldn't have had to wait in Walmart and came home 15 minutes earlier, could that have been me? Could it have had a grim outcome? I don't sit around and think of things like that, but this one hit me. I am so thankful for God's watch care over me!!!! It is so cliche, but I do truly believe everything happens for a reason, even waiting an extra 15 minutes in Walmart. Thank you Lord for your protection!!!
