We did something new this year. Little did I know, Milton has a "light up Milton" night and a little boat parade down by the boardwalk, so we decided to take the kids. It was actually really neat! It all started at an art gallery where you picked up a list of all the things to see. We walked through the downtown area looking at all the light displays, the live nativity, the live Christmas singing on the court house steps, saw the horse and carriage rides (didn't get to ride though, so sad!), went into the Imogene Theater where they had pieces of The Nutcracker ballet being performed and ended at the boardwalk where the boat parade would be. What a neat family night, we all had so much fun! Here are a few pics of what we saw...

Our Imogene Theater
All the light poles had garland and wreaths that were all lit, so pretty
The BIG Christmas tree
Gazebo by the boardwalk
Sorry about the boat pics being blurry, it is so hard to take a pic when they are moving! There were about 15 boats in the parade and the people on them honked the horns, waved and shouted Merry Christmas.
